Diary of activities
We are just starting to fill the diary with an interesting range of events and things going on at 128 Myddleton Road. A pdf copy of the diary can be found below.

Apart from the drop in sessions, please contact us beforehand to ensure there is space for the event you are interested in.
REGULAR SESSIONS
Drop in sessions: Regular drop in sessions (please see attached pdf version of diary below for dates in April)
These are times when you can call in for a cup of tea and a chat. The sessions are staffed by volunteers and sometimes there are some last minute changes as life can be unpredictable! Contact Adam Paul
Drop in sessions for older people: To be held on certain Thursday afternoons between 2pm and 4pm (please see attached pdf version of diary below for dates in April)
There will be a chance to talk to someone from Age Concern and to enjoy tea and cakes. Everyone is welcome. Contact Ruth Cherrington
Book Club: Meetings held monthly on the third Wednesday of the month from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm

French classes: This class is no longer taking place due to low numbers but if you are interested please Contact Claire Murat and if she has enough people she will start the class again.
Mums and Babies group: Wednesday mornings at 11am

Little Birds baby music group: Tuesday afternoons from 11am to 12.00pm. Contact Haley Glennie-Smith
Qi Gong: Thursday mornings from 11am to 12.30pm. Contact Paul Flavell
Weight loss challenge: Tuesday evenings starting on 18 January for 12 weeks from 6 pm to 7.30pm. Contact Jannie or Sandrine
PhysioPilates: Friday afternoons, 2pm – 3pm. Contact Nicki Smith
Cafe Swap: These sessions are held on the last Saturday of every month from 2pm to 4pm.

Councillor’s Drop in Session: On the second Wednesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm. Contact Matt Cooke
Safer Neighbourhood Team drop in sessions: The community police team are available to help and give information at fortnightly sessions on the following Wednesdays from 4 to 6pm.
Gardening Group: Last Wednesday of every month between 7pm – 9pm. Contact Sarah Harris
