How to join

You can:

1)            join for 2012  -  use the membership form.

2)            join for 2012 and set up a standing order for 2013 – use the membership + standing order form.

3)            set up a standing order for this year at a date that suits you – use the standing order form.

4)            fill out and sign the gift aid form (there is one to sign and send, and one to keep).

All the forms can be sent or given to either the treasurer or the membership/gift aid secretary, whichever is more convenient for you.
