We are a member of the Haringey Federation of Residents' Associations which acts as an umbrella organization. Some of Bowes Park, of course, falls in the Borough of Enfield but many of the issues affect all of us in this area. Enfield Over-50s Forum

The Forum seeks to influence the decision-makers nationally and locally on such matters as: health, educational and leisure activities, transport, social and community care, housing, age discrimination in employment, pensions and benefits. Councillors' Surgeries

Residents of that part of Bowes Park which falls in the Borough of Enfield may like to know that their councillors run regular surgeries. Cllrs Georgiou and Brett are usually available on Saturday mornings at Trinity-at-Bowes Methodist Church Hall (at the end of Palmerston Road where it meets the North Circular) betwen 10.30 and 11.30. Hornsey Historical Society

Hornsey is in north London, formerly a parish, and later a borough.  It includes the areas known as Hornsey Village, Hornsey Vale, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Highgate and part of Kenwood, Stroud Green and part of Finsbury Park, Bounds Green and adjoining areas within Hornsey and Wood Green Parliamentary constituency including Wood Green, Harringay, West Green and Tottenham.
